Marci will design a program specifically for you and your unique goals with one-on-one personal training! Your plan will be tailored to your body, fitness level, and personal goals. This means more efficient workouts - and quicker results!

You're unique; and personal training respects that! Let Marci customize your workouts around your wants and needs. No matter the goal -- weight loss, sports performance or improving how you look and feel -- SHE can help!

For 2-5 participants you’re guaranteed a personalized experience.  Marci will get to know you, your limitations and how you like to be pushed. The intensity is varied for beginner through advanced clients. It’s like having a personal trainer for a fraction of the cost.​

Youth ages 10-17 can exercise and learn in a positive atmosphere.  These sessions will empower your youth in fitness and health while having fun.
The structured session will include the following components:
basic nutrition, agility, balance, coordination, strength training,
cardiovascular endurance and strength, motor skills for development
and enhancement, sports skills and drills and fitness games.

TRAINERIZE Online Personal Training

Very excited to NOW be offering Trainerize, an online personal training app that allows you to take your workouts anywhere and do your workouts whenever during  your day that best suites your schedule! I will customize your wrokout plan specifically designed to meet your needs and goals while being able to track your workouts and progress.  You can also add on video sessions and meal plans.  Contact me for more details!!
