Marci's one-on-one complete fitness solution can help you overcome these common obstacles and set you on the right path to achieving your health and fitness goals while providing personal attention in a private setting! 
She will design a specific exercise routine that aligns directly to your lifestyle and personal goals.
We begin with a F.I.T. Consultation and Assessment to create a customized fitness program that takes into consideration your current condition, your specific health and fitness goals, and any special requests for strong results and safe outcomes.

Marci will also work on nutritional guidance to help you achieve the goals you set, undestanding that food is a big frustration of many of her clients.  
Two options available:
60 min sessions- include warm up, wrokout, abs and cool down
30 min sessions- include only the workout- clients will be resposilble for proper warm up and cool down

*prices vary based on clients goals and needs

*Must be a member of the YMCA to utilize the facilities

Marci offers a chance for you to to grab 2-5 of  your peers  for semi personal training that will focus on functinal movements, weightloss, strength training and metobolic conditioning all while  keeping you commited,  motivated, energized and on track to reach your fitness goals.  SGT movement and exercises may  include :
medicine balls, dumbbells and bars, bosu balls, steps and boxes, kettle bells and body weight movements and resistance bands.

To help you decide if SGT is right for you here are some benefits and disadvatages.

Group personal trainers do one thing differently than an  group exercises instructors - they coach. In a small group personal training setting, clients are often doing different exercises at their own customized level of fitness or ability.  

BENEFITS of Small Group Training Sessions:

The obvious advantage of group personal training as compared to one-on-one training is the cost will be less expensive.  

 The added benefit of motivation from both your peers and Marci. There is more energy in a group setting and even a little bit of good, old-fashioned competition. It’s just human nature that if the person next to you is giving an all out effort, you are more likely to do the same.

There is nothing that replaces one-to-one coaching when you are trying to learn something.

In a group class, you may get a good intense workout, and you may get some one-on--one time here and there, but don’t expect your craft to improve exponentially A group personal training class, is still a class.  Marci's attention is divided amongst all the participants . She has never had anyone get injured on her watch in her one-on-one sessions because she is watching their every move. However, with the groups, people move in their own way at their own pace. There simply isn’t time to correct every incorrect movement in a group. People are more apt to get hurt, make mistakes, or repeat bad habits in a group.  This is why Marci keeps her group session small with a max of 5 participants. 

Prices for Small Group Training depenent on the number of participants: 60 min OR 30 min session avail.

Youth Fitness Single and Small Group Sessions
Youth ages 10-17 can exercise and learn together in a group of 2-5 or as an individual in a positive, energetic, motivating atmosphere.  This program will empower your youth in fitness and health while having fun.
This structured program will include the following components:
basic nutrition, agility, balance, coordination, strength training,
cardiovascular endurance and strength, motor skills for development
and enhancement, sports skills and drills and fitness games. 

45-60 min session- includes warm up, workout, abs and cooldown
30 min sessions- workout only

TRAINERIZE Online Personal Training

Very excited to NOW be offering Trainerize, an online personal training app that allows you to take your workouts anywhere and do your workouts whenever during  your day that best suites your schedule! I will customize your wrokout plan specifically designed to meet your needs and goals while being able to track your workouts and progress.  You can also add on video sessions.  Meal plans will be available at a later date. Until then you can sync myfitnesspal and fitbit.  Contact me for more details and prices!!
